While the Urban Green sales team has been busy at work (about 3/4 of the 44 units are already sold), the site has sat suspended in time at the excavation and shoring stage for much of the past year. That’s all about to change, if we’re reading our DOB applications correctly. The new building application, which was originally filed on April 28, 2005 (!), was just approved yesterday, so work on the 44-unit eco-friendly condo can now begin.
