It’s been a long time coming (the permit application was first filed back in 2006) but the storefront at 338 Atlantic Avenue is beginning to take shape. According DOB filings, the ground-floor space will be an “Eating and drinking establishment with art gallery.” Should fit right in on the Atlantic Avenue of 2008.
