They’re really jamming over there on Duffield Street. The Sheraton/Aloft dynamic duo at 222 Duffield Street, which closed out 2007 at four stories, now has thirteen under its belt. Meanwhile, the Karl Fischer-designed competitor across the street shows no signs of progress. Wonder whether it’s encountering financing issues or whether the decision to preserve the Underground Railroad house next door has created redesign headaches.
