Given that demolition was completed some time back in July, it’s not going out on a limb to say that things aren’t exactly flying along at Forest City Ratner’s 36-story, 369-unit project at the corner of Dekalb and Rockwell Place. (To be fair, there was a hiatus at the end of the summer.) Whenever we’ve passed by recently, though, there’s been plenty of activity so perhaps things will pick up as we move into the concrete superstructure stage.
