Man, it’s taking the developers of 93 Nevins a long time to get this environmentally-friendly project done. We mentioned that things seemed to be going slowly at the double-townhouse when we checked in on the progress back in August. Since then some work on the top floor has happened but not a whole lot more. The extra carrying costs combined with weakening market can’t be good news for these guys. Anyone know what the hold-up is? We sent an email to them but haven’t heard anything back.
