It’s a big night at CB7, with a public hearing with the land use committee on The AIA Proposed Zoning Text Amendments and the DCP Yard Text Amendments. If you live in the South Slope or Greenwood Heights and are concerned about height and density of new developments, you won’t want to miss this one. The hearing will be held at Bklyn Community Board 7, 4th Ave and 43rd St. at 6:30 p.m.
