It’s now being reborn as a four-unit condo after undergoing an extensive renovation that restored much of the house’s original detail while updating its systems. There was an open house for the downstairs apartment on Sunday. Asking price: $425,000. A second unit will be ready for viewing in time for the two open houses this weekend. Anyone check it out yet?
