Anyone know what’s happening on the roof of this building on the Ingersoll-Whitman housing complex at the corner of Myrtle and Ashland? Are they extending the stairwell in anticipation of adding another floor to the building, as per Robert Sacarano’s recommendations from a couple of years ago? Or maybe they’re just repairing the bulkhead.
