We’ve been excited to see what would fill the 5th Avenue storefront where an artist set up an interactive project soliciting opinions about what sort of retail would be most welcome in the space. As it turns out, none of the wished-for shops (which included a bookstore, Indian restaurant and noodle shop) are gonna happen, because the space has been leased to Teddy, a women’s boutique that also opened a Cobble Hill location on Court Street about half a year ago.
