This rustic rental listing caught our eye because the owners are looking to let their Cobble Hill 1-bedroom for only three weeks from now through Thanksgiving. The $2,500 price tag doesn’t seem totally off the wall given the location (Baltic at Court) and amenities (washer/dryer, dishwasher, garden access), but we wonder how many nibbles they’re going to get for such a short lease period.
