When we first got word last Spring a North Fork bank was slated for the former dance space at the southwest corner of Clinton and Fulton, we mentioned that there was some uncertainty surrounding bureaucratic approvals at the state level. Well, judging from the signs in the window, it looks like all the permits have come through so residents of this corner of Clinton Hill will finally have an alternative to bodega ATMs.
