According to an announcement for a community hearing that was recently posted in the window, the new tenant will be a French Moroccan organic restaurant. Anyone know whether they were able to get their liquor license? Update: A reader suggests via email that there may already be 3 full liquor licenses within 500 feet—Red Bamboo, Bonita, and Alibi—and that these folks may have to settle for wine and beer only.
