Open House New York: Brooklyn Edition

The ever-popular Open House New York takes place again this weekend, with scores of hard-to-access sites around the city opening their doors to the public. While some of the most-popular locales that require reservations are already fully booked, there are plenty of others that are still open or don’t require any reservations at all. Of particular interest to us are Floyd Bennett Field, the Litchfield Villa in Prospect Park (above) and the Brooklyn Historical Society. There’s also a performance art piece called Angels & Accordions being put on at Green-Wood Cemetery from 12 to 3:30 on Saturday that sounds like fun. Please send us your photos from the tour or post them to the Brownstoner photo group on Flickr.
