On the corner of Berry and North 5th in Williamsburg, a six-story, 48,000-square-foot residential building is on the rise. Springing from the mind of the ubiquitous Karl Fischer, the design calls for 40 apartments and 20 parking spaces. After a Stop Work Order slowed things down this summer, work appears to have resumed. We were unable to dig up any renderings. Anyone know anything about it? Update: Thanks to a reader, we now have the above rendering in our possession. Thanks, Mench.
