This one bedroom at the Art Deco building at 40 Ocean Parkway in Windsor Terrace has got a lot going for it: it’s big, it’s got some prewar charm and the maintenance is low $513. The biggest question mark (isn’t it always?) is the asking price of $399,000. Given that there are 67 units in the building, there must be a couple of decent comps for this. Any building residents reading this? Anyone check out the open house yesterday?
