For some reason we’ve got a thing for the small loft conversion at 154 Broadway. We looked at a smaller unit back in May whose asking price had just been cut from $875,000 to $799,000. (It’s now listed as being in contract.) A larger unit on the top floor just got a price cut of its own: The 1,710-square-foot space started out at $1,475,000 and is now asking $1,350,000. Some of the interior design isn’t exactly our taste, but it’s a real loft (compared to most of the new apartments in the nabe) and that private roof deck is killer. Think this moves at the new price?
