Dekalb Avenue Caribbean old-timer Mo-Bay is on the way out. A sign posted in the restaurant’s window shows that an entity called the PJ Italiano Corp plans to open a restaurant. As of Tuesday, only three people had signed the petition for the new restaurant’s liquor license. We’re unclear whether Mo-Bay was forced out or decided to go of its own accord.
