Bed Stuy’s most colorful development, 192 Spencer Street, is getting ready to launch its sales effort. Nothing’s up yet on the Developers Group website yet, but a banner went up earlier this week on the building and a stand-alone web site for the development is now up, albeit with limited information. We gushed about the 47,000-square-foot project back in May, praising both the contextuality of the scale and the refreshingness of the design. Now for the big question: Will it sell?
