Over at 284 Warrren Street, a 1909 brick townhouse has been converted into a four-unit condo building; local broker Vespa Properties has the listing. As far as we can tell, two of the apartments are already in contract. Two others—an upper duplex for $1,250,000 and a floor-through two-bedroom for $850,000—are still available. While we’re missing the price on the fourth unit, we’d guess that the owners/developers are looking to gross close to $4 million. Considering that they paid $1,850,000 for the building back in June 2006, it’s looking like a pretty good return. Has anyone been inside?
