At around 7:30 this morning, we spotted this guy posting what appear to be some kind of new permits at 163 Washington Avenue. Nothing new’s posted on the Buildings Information System yet and there’s still a Stop Work Order pending the outcome of the developer’s application for a variance from the BSA. We’ve got an email into DOB, but if anyone is passing by this morning, we’d appreciate an update.
