Not surprisingly, there ain’t a lot open houses going on this weekend. The one that caught our eye is at 451 37th Street in Sunset Park. It’s an attractive two-story, two family (used as one-family) house just a block and a half from the park. We’re liking the original floors and woodwork and the yard is nicely done as well. Not so sure about the asking price of $799,000. If this had a real third floor, it would be a good value. Not so sure whether that basement counts for much. What do the Sunset Parkers out there think?
