Here’s a building we’ve never discussed: The Prospect Mews at 155 Terrace Place in Windsor Terrace. The exterior of the 1990-era building is inoffensive but bland while the grounds appear to be well-kept. The lobby is pretty painful in a faux-traditional way. (Check out those crown moldings!) The 3-level, 3-bedroom apartment appears to have been recently redone. The asking price of $699,000 for the 1,225-square-foot apartment looks reasonable when lined up against the most recent sale, a 1,031-square-foot place for $551,200.
