We swung by the Strong Place Church between Degraw and Kane last week to see how efforts are progressing on its condo conversion. A glimpse into the massive building shows a complex maze of scaffolding, with reconstruction work being done to the building’s foundation and roof. Aside from having boarded up all the windows, it doesn’t seem like the crew is touching the façade. Despite the magnitude of the project, the construction didn’t strike us intrusive on the street level. Anyone have any info on the project’s timing?
