A big upgrade is underway at 153 Lincoln Place. The beautiful, 9,000-square-foot Queen Anne mansion sold for $5,500,000 in June. The new owner is now in the process of converting it from a Class B Housing (aka a rooming house) into Class A housing (aka condos or market-rate rentals).
