After chilling on the market for the past three and a half months, the four-story brick house at 154 Noble Street in Greenpoint just had its asking price trimmed by $100,000 to $1,250,000. The house is part of a nice row of brick houses on one of the prettier residential streets in Greenpoint. As always, though, we’re pretty skeptical of the fact that the listing includes only one interior photo—and it’s a close-up of the (quite nice) parquet floor. What gives? If the interior is decent, do you think the new price is reasonable?
