Another new building—this one seven stories—is getting ready to rise on Kent Avenue. Designed by Michael Muroff Architect, the 82,000-square-foot project at 111 Kent Avenue will have 57 residential units, many of which will have terraces looking out over the new waterfront state park. We can’t tell from any of the public documents which developer is behind this project, but whoever it is paid $15.7 million for the land last December. What do you think of those angled windows?
