There’s a Karl Fischer project going up at 305 McGuinness Boulevard in Greenpoint. The 40,000-square-foot residential development will have 38 units and 22 parking spaces. The design is remarkably unsplashy for Mr. Fischer. With the brick and the relatively modest heights, we dare say it looks almost contextual at this point.
