It’ll be interesting to see how this two-bedroom on Prospect Park West at 5th Street fares on the market. It’s obviously a great location and a very attractive building from the outside. The sponsor just renovated the apartment, too, but it looks fairly generic and that second bedroom’s pretty tight. Given that this place can’t be much bigger than about 600 or 650 square feet, the asking price of $699,000 is north of $1,000 a foot. (The maintenance is $585.) What do you think it’ll sell for?
