There’s currently a 1,000-square-foot two-bedroom penthouse on the market for $899,000. Its a fairly plain vanilla interior; the apartment’s major selling point, however, is the 600-square-foot roof deck with sweet views of Downtown Manhattan. Hard to tell whether the asking price will fly though. Any recent sales in this building?
