Development Watch: 338-342 22nd Street

Just when you thought it was safe to go out in the South Slope again, it looks like a couple of the neighborhood favorites are gearing up for some summer fun. Over at 338-342 22nd Street where Henry Radusky has designed a 18,671-square-foot four-story building, the developer just got the new building permits on Friday and, judging from the signs still up on the site, good ole Knockout Construction will be doing the dirty work.
