With the first two of the Hello Living buildings on the market (and selling well), we thought it was time to check in with a couple more in the pipeline. At top, 904 Pacific Street is a 7-story, 21-unit building across the street from the two that are almost complete; the 32,671-square-foot building (rendered at right) is closer to the Washington Avenue end of the block. At bottom, 957 Pacific is toward the Classon end of the block. Interestingly, the 5-story, 18-unit building was originally going to be done by Scarano, but developer Eli Karp apparently dumped him back in the Spring of 2005 and ended up going with Loadingdock5 instead. Bet Karp’s psyched not to have mezzanine gate hanging over him now. The 27,168-square-foot structure will also have 9 parking spaces.
