Photo Contest: Brooklyn’s Most Dangerous Worksites
In the wake of this week’s posts about the developer who tried to bribe a DOB inspector, the ongoing disaster at the Kent Avenue synagogue and the mess brewing in Sunset Park, we’ve decided to try a little experiment. We’re going to offer a $250 prize to the reader who can send in the photo of the borough’s most dangerous worksite. Here’s how it works: Send us a photo (no bigger than 600 pixels wide please) with the address and a brief description of the danger and negligence you’ve captured on film. Please email submissions to brownstoner@brownstoner.com with PHOTO CONTEST in the header; also let us know if you want to remain anonymous. There’s a limit of three photos per person. Deadline for submission is Wednesday at noon, so start snapping. We’ll pick the three best entries and let readers vote on the winner.
