Since hitting the market in April, 8 of the 15 units in the 8-story, 20,000-square-foot new development have sold. You can still pick up the two-bedroom penthouse with 625 square feet of outdoor space for $599,000 through Madison Estates according to a Craigslist ad. (The homepage for the development lists it at $610,000—guess there’s some flexibility.) All the other remaining units are listed in the $400,000′s.
