The fact that the Carlton Mews project at 233 Carlton Avenue/232 Adelphi Street in Fort Greene got a new plywood fence and olive green paint job at the end of last week has got us wondering whether the development may be getting underway soon. It was approved by Landmarks back in February but both filings for a new building were disapproved by DOB in March; no new filings since. Anyone have the straight dope?
