Development Watch: 504 Sterling Place

Two block’s from the new development we discussed on Monday, 504 Sterling Place is just getting its roots in the ground. Located a half block east of Washington Avenue, this 38-unit residential project has been a long time in the making. The developers have owned the property since at least the beginning of the decade and first applied to put up a new building back in 2003. Not sure how they’re going to fit a 62,000-square-foot building onto that foundation though. GMAP P*Shark DOB
