From what we gather, people in Windsor Terrace have been growing increasingly curious about the future of this rather sizable lot across from Key Food which changed hands last November for $2.4 million. First, the bad news: Bricolage is the architect. Now, the good news: According to Property Shark, there’s an unusually low FAR of 1.35, which translates into 13,770 buildable square feet. For reasons we cannot divine, the plans filed with DOB in February call only for a 4,730-square-foot building with three residential units; the fact that it also calls for eight parking spaces suggest there’s more residential to come.
