We hadn’t noticed this new building at 352 21st Street until we drove by a couple of weeks ago. It’s an eight-unit, 9,200-square-foot residential building that, were it not for those balcony railings, would look pretty good to our untrained eye. We know nothing about its sales status though. Timing? Prices? Any neighborhood chatter on this one?
