Based on a rendering posted on the Myrtle Avenue blog, it looks like 111 Steuben is shaping up to be very high end (though we love the fact that the architect included a sliver of the White Castle sign on the left side of the drawing!). There will be 35 market-rate one- and two-bedrooms and another 7,000 square feet of retail space. This is big news for this section of northern Clinton Hill: If this building can make a big splash, it’ll be good news for the three projects a block away on Grand.
