  1. 75 Poplar is a condo. Pic is not right but 75 is visible here — red brick bldg down Poplar. The parking that comes with these places is NICE. Charges may be higher because it’s been a condo for a long time and all abatements may have expired

  2. Poplar says coop, which usually means monthly maintenance charges, which would include any taxes, which are paid by the coop corporation. so…something is not quite right with this post. maybe it is just the wording
