It’s been looking near completion for some time now, but as far as we can tell from the 133 Water website, the 12-story, 52-unit condo development is still in pre-sales mode. In an earlier thread about this building, one commenter claimed that this was originally a Guttman project but that he flipped it early on. There was a transaction last August between 133 Water Street Associates (a Guttman vehicle) and the Water Street Realty Group, LLC for $17.3 million that may have been what the reader was referring to. Has anyone heard chatter about pricing and timing for this?
