Since all we’ve got is a text ad to work from, we don’t have much to say other than it looks like a nice prewar elevator building on a pretty block in The Heights. If there’s truth in advertising about the eat-in kitchen, alcove office and common roofdeck, this could be interesting at $729,000. Anyone make it to the open house?
