One Prospect Heights resident has been obsessively documenting the changing view from his bedroom for the better part of the past year as the development around the corning at 475 Sterling Place has been steadily rising. Despite the fact that the developer hasn’t been a model citizen (there’s still one open violation for work without a permit), it looks like the project will be good for property values in the area. There hasn’t been much progress, however, since we checked in a couple of months ago. You can check out the rendering of the finished product on the jump.
