No one had much to say about 1059 Manhattan Avenue on Wednesday, so maybe we’ve just beaten this Greenpoint thing to death over the past couple of weeks. But this is it — the last post from our toot around the nabe two weekends ago. The address: 1160 Manhattan Avenue, catty-corner from the Greenpoint Manufacturing Center at Ash. From what we can tell, the owner submitted plans back in 2002 for a three-story building, presumably not residential since it’s a M-3-1 district. It looks like the permit was then updated or renewed this past summer. There are signs of activity but it still looks kinda dead. GMAP P*SharkDOB
