We went by the new offices of our friends at etsy.com on Saturday and found ourselves with a primo view of the construction at the Oro Condominium project at 306 Gold aka 147 Flatbush Avenue Extension. Rising on a site that once housed a Ford dealership, the building will ultimately be 40 stories high, with a slightly smaller sidekick across the street at 311 Gold. There’s already been plenty of press about all the fancy-schmancy amenities that will be available when the building is completed in 2008. As you can see from the photo on the jump, the sidekick project across the street has yet to break ground.
