Back when we lived on the South Side of Williamsburg, this lot was just a driveway with a home-made metal fence. Now it’s in the process of becoming a two-family house, designed by Tribeca-based Ernst Architects. So far all you can really say about it is that there’s nice ceiling height. Given that it’s just two apartments, we hope that portions of it will be left fairly open and loft-like. Anyone know anything more about the plans or the architects? GMAP P*Shark DOB
