This 8-story, 38,000-square-foot development on Atlantic at Nevins has been a long time coming. The developer purchased the property back in 2002, when The Smith was just a glimmer in Lev Boymelgreen’s eye. The money clock didn’t really start ticking until October 2005, when the developer got another $6.5 million in financing to start construction. We don’t know what the plans are for the residential portion, but there’s 7,000 square feet of retail available at $60 a foot. Any know who will be brokering the residential?
