As if downtown Brooklyn weren’t getting enough Flatiron-shaped buildings with the Oro and the Forte, we noticed another triangular development site on Flatbush Avenue Extension last weekend. There’s already a blue fence and a slew of work permits up. The property is owned by someone named Joseph Ferrrara, but there are no specifics (we could find) on the DOB website. We’d guess that this has already been written about somewhere but we can’t figure out what the project is. A little help please? GMAP
