While we’ve focused most of our ink on the PACC project happening at 483 Washington Avenue because of the demolition of an existing brownstone on the site, the affordable housing group is also putting up another building directly across the street. And they’re really starting to boogie on the construction. Other than the fact that the facade doesn’t line up with either neighboring building, it’s too early to tell much about how this one’s gonna look.
