Last weekend, we swung buy the future site of the Northside Piers to check in on the progress. The first two floors — of what looks like will be a 30-ish story tower — are underway. Just a couple of blocks away from Toll Brothers’ other Kent Avenue project, North 8, the Northside Piers also envision a Williamsburg that looks a lot like the far West Village. Only in this paradise, studios start at $370,000 instead of two or three times that.
