We love this elegant old walk-up apartment building at 498 Jefferson Avenue, paint color and all. Judging from the boarded up windows, it’s had a rough run of late. A perusal of its Property Shark profile turns up a reference to HPD and vacate orders. It looks like it changed hands for $80,000 back in ’03 but that it now is in the hands of the city. Anyone know if this is right? We hope it ends up in the right hands.
